This is my favorite Japanese Steakhouse of all time. The spectacular Koi pond is just the beginning. Food & service is fantastic every time. I have never had anything less than an excellent experience every time I've dined here.

We enjoyed the teppan Chef. He was very funny and paid attention to our conversations, likes and dislikes. The food was fantastic as usual.

I cannot praise this restaurant enough. When you walk in, it doesn't feel much different from your standard hibachi restaurant, but once you're seated, you know you're in for something special. The servers treat you like royalty, and the quality of the food is exceptional, to say the least. The actual dinner wasn't as loud as other places I've been to; it was smaller and intimate. People talked with each other and laughed and all had an amazing time. And the best part? When I left, I didn't feel sick or as though I overate, despite having eaten a LOT. Pro Tip: Ask for fish food at the hostess stand to feed the koi fish in front of the restaurant! There used to be a dispenser, but now they keep the food behind the counter!

The outside of the restaurant looked really nice. Very clean and well kept. Inside was the typical teppanyaki set up. Had a waiting area with chairs that's kids could sit in as well. Had a good happy hour menu while you wait. Food: i got the NY steak and scallops. NY steak was cooked to my liking (medium) and scoops were slightly over cooked but still good. Food was not too salty. My only issue is that they offer fried rice but was not aware that there was an extra charge. Not cool! 1 start off for that. I do appreciate that when I informed them of my son's seafood allergy they cooked his food at the back and my son was still able to enjoy the show. Service: service was good. I can't complain. The chief was super personable too. Over all great experience and great food! Cheers!

Went to Kobe Japanese last Friday for dinner with my husband. This was not our first time here. Our chef, Junior was a great entertainer. The only downside of our experience was having to sit with a group which included this super annoying guy in the part of seven (two children included). The kids were more mature than the guy. He was loud AF and kept trying to have small talk with my husband and I. We clearly were not amused, but had to bare with it. I wish they had couple sitting for the Teppan seating, or at least avoided sitting big groups with couples. The food though was great. It was the seating that kept me from giving the 5 star review.

KOBE has a beautiful Japanese entrance. Great for a photo. The dinner was incredibly good. I got the filet mignon and it was delicious. Perfectly cooked. (Slightly over salted but that's ok) white rice amazing and veggies were incredibly yummy. The service was great - I think our chef knew we were more chill and kind of burnt out so he vibed off of that and did a little bit of a show but wasn't obnoxious which we appreciated. We also hung at the bar a couple of times and it was nice.

I've always liked this restaurant, and have always had a fun time here. The people are very nice and accommodating. It's always busy here, so you do need reservations. If there's still a wait, go to the bar and order appetizers and a drink to get you by. The food is always tasty and fresh, they have a large selection of drinks and food. The atmosphere is always fun here. The prices are high, but you get what you pay for. There's plenty of parking, and they do offer valet, but we've never needed it. This place is great for large crowds and families. Great restaurant, fun, and good food. Highly recommend Kobe.

First time here I've passed by this beautiful restaurant many times They are only open 5-8 I believe They only take reservations through Yelp Staff was all very friendly Our cook was probably one of the nicest cooks I've ever had while eating hibachi The family next to us had a young boy with them and he was supper attentive to him and all of us really whenever we needed something Food was delicious Sushi also yum The ice cream they give as a dessert so good as well I definitely would come back My only complaint is there's no noddles why no noddles !???

Well things started out a little rough. Our friend used open table to make reservations. DO NOT DO THIS. The restaurant has had trouble with this and stated that but no sorry just we know there is a problem. Maybe manager should look for different employment. Had to wait 10 minutes and ordered cocktails. No apologies for reservation just full price and here we go. Got seated and all went well forward. Ordered various items and I had the new york steak. Everything tasted good and portions adequate. Prices however way up from years past. Food 5 star. Service 4 star. Reservations 0 stars. Will I be back probably not. Too many other great eating establishments in the area.
